Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the natural and botanical nature of our products, items are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, in the same condition as received, and kept in their original sealed packaging. 

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds and replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and depends on the specific circumstances and condition of the item.
